3-Year Study for Solutions
Norfolk and the Army Corps of Engineers have launched a 3-year, city-wide study on flood risk management. “This is about community resiliency, about who and what is exposed to risk, about appropriate strategies, about risk-informed decision-making, about tomorrow,” said Norfolk District Corps Commander Jason Kelly. Norfolk and the corps will share the $3 million cost.
